The entrance to the house is up a short flight of steps to a large covered porch area. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of modern floor and wall cabinets, including a marble work surface for cool food preparation. There is a cooker, large ‘fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and it is equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses and serving dishes for six.
The lounge has a three seat futon (which makes into a small double bed) and a two seat futon plus dining table and chairs. The lounge opens out onto a large balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains to the rear.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the sea-facing bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and drawers and a covered balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be put together to make a double if required), fitted wardrobes and drawers and a balcony with magnificent mountain views.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and all windows in the house are fitted with mosquito blinds.
